Payments
First Orders Prepaid Payment terms are 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon writing.
Deductions
No deduction on payment will be accepted. (Only will accept to maximum of USD25 for Bancary charges comissions).
Claims and Credit policy:
If you find any quality problem with our shipment, do not hesitate to inform us. The feedback about quality problems will be received and studied with our Quality Manager. For this, please send information by e-mail or phone to your sales representative about the state of flowers, within 3 days of receipt it. Then send us a detailed report, within one week of the reception, including pictures of the quality problem, image of the label in the NFC box, quantity report, value to be claime and a description of the problem in order to support the claimConoce nuestra política de devoluciones de flores. Collections
In addition to all other charges and remedies, in the event of default in payment, NFC shall be entitled to recover all cost of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, court cost, pre and post-judgment interest at 18% or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and such other and further relief as may be proper.
Return Check Charge
Any checks not honored by the bank shall be subject to bank charges each time the check is returned. Future sales may be subject to other way of payment
Change in terms and conditions
Should credit extension be granted, all credit shall be extended at the sole discretion of NFC SAS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to terminate an account at any time. I hereby agree that the terms and conditions of this application shall, upon extension of credit by NFC SAS, constitute an agreement of sale. I understand and accept the above terms and conditions and have provided true information to the best of my knowledge. I further authorize NFC SAS to verify any and all references that may be required to determine our credit capabilities and to request relevant information from credit reporting agencies.
